PROCESSING TIMES
General Civilian™ ships your order next day, if it is placed before 12:00pm Eastern Time.
Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, except for statutory holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES
General Civilian™ utilizes Canada Post at discounted rates.
For Standard Shipping, delivery times are normally as follows:
- Two business days within in the Greater Toronto Area
- Three business days within the Province of Ontario
- Four to seven days for the rest of Canada
These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
We also provide two additional enhanced options via Canada Post:
- Expedited Parcel™ represents fast, cost-effective ground shipping within Canada. All items can be tracked and have on-time guarantees.
- Xpresspost™ gives our customers next day and two-day shipping. All items are tracked, delivery times are guaranteed and delivery status can be checked online. Additional terms and conditions apply.
USA
We offer two options:
- Standard Shipping via Canada Post with a delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the USA of four to six business days. You can select: Canada Post Small Packet - USA Air, or Canada Post Tracked Packet - USA if you would like to track your shipment (additional charges apply).
- DHL Express offers door-to-door delivery by the end of the next possible business day. For the fastest quality dependable service, choose DHL.
International
We do not currently ship internationally (outside of the USA).
PANDEMIC IMPACTS
Please note that due to high demand and longer than normal delivery times as a result of pandemic impacts, you may experience longer processing and delivery times.
FINAL SALE
Our reusable masks are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange, with the following exception:
In the unlikely event you discover a manufacturing defect, or receive damaged goods, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return your General Civilian™ purchase in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging.
Please print and complete the return form (click here to download), re-pack the item (including all original tags) and ship it back to:
Upon receipt and processing of the returned item(s) you will receive a full refund.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local charges can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.
PRICE CHANGES
General Civilian™ reserves the right to change prices of the products sold.
